At Pixelography, we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction. However, we expect our clients to act responsibly as members of the online community. Since no one owns the internet and we act as a reseller of internet services, we cannot be held liable for any downtime, errors, or issues faced by a client’s website. Any violation of the following terms may result in legal action:
- Server and Network Issues: The company is not responsible for problems in the server network, including spamming, hacking, or hardware/server failures in the USA or other locations.
- Web Hosting Risks: Clients must understand that web hosting services are subject to their own risks, and the company is not liable for any related issues.
- Payment Methods: Clients are required to use third-party payment methods, such as demand drafts or cheques, for all transactions.
- Third-Party Software: We do not certify or validate any software installed by the web host or client on their website, and are therefore not responsible for issues arising from such software.
- Domain Management: We have no control over domain registration, transfer, renewal, or loss of domain names. Clients are fully responsible for managing their domain details.
- Security of Credentials: It is the client’s responsibility to maintain the security of their FTP access, databases, email accounts, domain names, and usernames/passwords.
- Unauthorized Content: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if clients use commercially available software or media for downloads on their website without proper authorization.
